Intentional explosion in New York.

The fire authorities told Wednesday that found plastic tubing connected to a basement main line gave new clue for investigators to prove Monday's explosion that leveled a Manhattan townhouse was an elaborate suicide attempt. “We're saying this is intentional,” the city's chief fire marshal, Louis Garcia, told. Garcia explained how someone had attached flexible tubing to the main gas line just before Monday morning detonation. The police, searching the rubble, say that when they came across the meter, they found a black hose, stretch from a gas valve. Gas was flowed freely into the house right before the detonation. The police suspect that the building's owner, Dr. Nicholas Bartha, decided to destroy the building instead of selling it. Bartha is found in critical condition at the hospital. He was the only one person, being in the building at the time of the explosion. At least 15 people were injured during the accident.
