Mansueto move into 7 WTC.

Magazine publisher Mansueto Ventures LLC has decided to lease a floor in No. 7 World Trade Center, the company official Larry Silverstein said on Wednesday. It is the second company that agreed to leave expensive midtown Manhattan for the less expensive offices of the new building. Publishing Fast Company and Inc., Mansueto signed a 15-year lease for about 40,000 square feet of space in the 1st building on September 11, 2001. “It was a good deal,” said outside spokesman for the magazine publisher, Alfred Leach. The company refused to comment on rental rate for their new digs on the 31st floor. However, on the developer website the price is reached at $60 a square foot. Mansueto company presently is located at 350 Lexington Ave. near Grand Central Station. The publisher decided to move into 7 WTC in early 2007.
